Apple Cinnamon Muffin Squares

Cinnamon Muffin Mix
substitute applesauce for oil
add 1/4C  additional water than recipe calls for

peel and dice 4 large apples

Spray a 9x13 pan
Spread 1/2 the batter in the pan
Topwith a solid single layer of apple pieces
Cover with remaining batter
Sprinkle with streudel topping

Bake at 375 for 15-20 min until set and lightly browned
